OneKey Gift Card

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of OneKey gift cards (“Gift Cards”) available through the OneKey website and official channels. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purchase and Issuance
Gift Cards may be issued in digital or physical form. They are for personal use only and may not be resold or distributed commercially. Gift Cards cannot be purchased with other Gift Cards, discount vouchers, or promotional codes unless explicitly allowed. Gift Cards are not reloadable once issued.

3. Redemption
Gift Cards may be redeemed only for eligible products and services offered by OneKey on its website. Redemption may occur in one or several transactions until the balance is exhausted or the Gift Card expires. The code must be entered at checkout. If the purchase exceeds the balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

4. Balance
Balance inquiries can be made by contacting OneKey Support. Balances generally update immediately after transactions, though occasional delays may occur. Gift Cards cannot be recharged with additional value.

5. Validity and Expiry
Unless otherwise required by law, Gift Cards are valid for five years from the date of issuance or receipt. Upon expiry, any remaining balance is forfeited and cannot be refunded.

6. Returns and Refunds
Gift Card purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. If a product purchased with a Gift Card is returned, the refunded amount will be re-credited to a Gift Card. The validity period of the original Gift Card does not change. No cash refunds are given for returned products purchased with a Gift Card unless required by law.

7. Loss, Theft, or Damage
Gift Cards should be treated like cash. OneKey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards, or for unauthorized use. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser or recipient upon delivery, including electronic delivery.

8. Fraud and Misuse
OneKey reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a Gift Card if fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms or applicable law is suspected. OneKey may request additional verification before accepting a Gift Card.

9. Fees and Interest
OneKey does not charge activation or maintenance fees for Gift Cards. Balances do not earn interest.

10. Transferability
Gift Cards may be transferred to another person by sharing the code, unless prohibited by law. OneKey is not responsible for misuse if the code is shared.

11. Amendments
OneKey may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of purchase governs the purchase; the version in force at the time of redemption governs the use.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OneKey’s total liability relating to a Gift Card shall not exceed the unredeemed balance at the time of the claim. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws designated by OneKey, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
