For the regions listed below, a fixed shipping fee of $28 USD applies to all orders, regardless of the order amount:

• Norway

• Canada (partial regions)
• Colombia (partial regions)
• Cyprus
• Ecuador
• Indonesia (West Nusa Tenggara)
• Mauritius
• Philippines (Bukidnon)
• Spain (Las Palmas)
• Uruguay (Paysandú)

2. Standard Shipping Policy

For all other regions not listed above:

• Orders valued at $89 USD or more: Free standard shipping is available.
• Orders valued below $89 USD: A shipping fee will apply, calculated based on the destination.

For customers requiring faster delivery, expedited commercial shipping options are available at an additional cost. The fees for expedited shipping vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

3. Customs Clearance and Duties

All customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customers are required to manage customs procedures and pay any applicable charges directly to the relevant authorities in their country.

If an order is returned to OneKey due to customs clearance delays or issues, a full refund will not be provided. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred. Please ensure compliance with your local customs regulations to avoid potential delays or additional costs.
