Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $89.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes, you can use MixPay Payment and Solana Pay at the checkout.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?

Unless there is a quality issue with the product, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new and untampered product, as part of our commitment to your safety.
Once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse or the order has been shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges either.
How soon should I open the product after receiving the package?
Upon receiving your package, please immediately open it and check the condition of the items.
Devices opened after the warranty period will not be eligible for after-sales service.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
