Return Policy and Process
Thank you for choosing OneKey as your trusted partner in security. We are dedicated to providing you with outstanding products and service, and your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Our return and exchange policy is crafted with the utmost regard for your security and privacy. Given the unique nature of our security products, once the packaging has been opened, we are unable to repackage or resell the items, as this could compromise the security and integrity of the product.

Therefore, unless there is a quality issue with the product, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new and untampered product, as part of our commitment to your safety.

Our products come with a 1-year warranty and will be replaced free of charge during that time (except for artificial damage).

This policy is designed to protect the best interests of you and all our users. If you have any questions about our products before making a purchase, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service channels. Our team will be more than happy to provide you with detailed product information and purchasing advice to assist you in making an informed decision.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No Returns or Exchanges After Shipment

Once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse or the order has been shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Devices opened after the warranty period will not be eligible for after-sales service.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
